A family estate for 5 generations, managed by Jean-Luc Mardon for the past twenty years and recently passed to Lionel Gosseaume, vigneron in Touraine.
Domaine Pré Baron has expanded over time and now covers 42 hectares. The top priority of the domaine is to ensure continuous significant improvement of the quality of the estate’s wines, both in the vineyard (mastering vigour and yield), and during vinification and maturation in the cellar; with ever greater respect for the environment and commitment to the HVE sustainable production approach.
The estate produces AOC TOURAINE wines (white, red & rosé), TOURAINE OISLY (white) and CREMANT DE LOIRE (white and rosé) with the Sauvignon Blanc, Pineau d’Aunis, Gamay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Côt grape varieties as well as special cuvées.
The wines are currently distributed on the French market (direct sales, wholesalers, restaurants and wine merchants) as well as exported to European and oversees markets. We take part in a variety of competitions every year and our wines are regularly rewarded.
