Located in the wine-producing village of Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg, the Domaine FOUET perpetuates the family tradition since 6 generations.

In the heart of the SAUMUR CHAMPIGNY appellation, Julien FOUET now runs a 23-hectare vineyard, combining modern techniques and respect for tradition.

In order to respect the environment, the vines are managed in organic agriculture, certified since 2020. We also practice eco-grazing: sheep are occasionally installed in our plots.

They limit mechanical weeding and contribute to biodiversity. From the pruning of the vine (low yields) to the bottling (no filtration), everything is done to obtain the best quality of wine possible.

Based on the experience acquired over the generations and based on the principle that there is always an axis of progress, listening to customers constitutes the basis of our continuous improvement process.
